Chris Daughtry and his band Daughtry have signed with UTA for full representation in North and South America. Daughtry is still managed by Jon Linton at Hard Eight/Working Group Management and attorney Gabe Fleet of Greenberg Traurig.
Daughtry got his start as a finalist on the fifth season of “American Idol.” His accolades include more than 350 million streams, four Grammy Award nominations, four American Music Awards and six Billboard Music Awards. He also has voice and acting credits in “Trollz,” “CSI:NY” and “The Passion.”
The last reported show for Daughtry was at Center Stage in Northfield, Ohio, on Nov. 8, 2019. That show moved 1,638 tickets for a gross of $120,415.
Daughtry was on the cover of Pollstar in 2007 and discussed the long road he took to find his footing in the music industry.
“It was a matter of almost 10 years of nothing happening and getting frustrated, and deciding to try to get on a TV show and get your voice heard. That’s basically what happened. I started when I was 16 and ever since, I knew this was what I wanted to do.”
He was previously represented by Paradigm.
