Dead & Company Announces May-July Tour Beginning On East Coast

Dead & Company are in the groove at Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas, Dec. 2.

Beginning its summer trek in Mansfield, Mass., in late May, Dead & Company has planned a two-month trek that includes arenas plus a few stadiums.  Fan registration begins today.

There are also a few two-nighters spread across the routing.  Dead & Company – Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge, and Jeff Chimenti – will play June 1-2 at BB&T Pavilion in Camden, N.J.; June 15-16 at New York’s Citi Field; June 22-23 at Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wis.; July 2-3 at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif.; and July 13-14 at

The Dead & Company 2017 tour earned the band a spot on Pollstar’s Year End Top 200 North American Tours chart. Firmly placed in the 22nd slot, Dead & Company grossed 51.8 million last year. A further breakdown shows more than 613,000 total tickets sold.  The average show gross was $1,991,381.
