The lawsuit filed in federal court says the woman, listed as Jane Doe, attended the Aug. 14, 2016, concert at

The suit says she followed the man, later identified as Leavy Johnson, backstage where he allegedly “pushed Jane Doe to the ground and violently assaulted her, shattering her cell phone and causing severe physical and psychological injury,” People reported.

Johnson has since been arrested and charged with rape and is awaiting trial.

TMZ reported Aug. 7 that Johnson had outstanding warrants for assault at the time of the alleged attack.

The lawsuit alleges Drake, Future, arena staff and others should  have known it was a risk to employ Johnson.
