Eagles Extend ‘Hotel California Tour’ With Spring Arena Dates

Featuring Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmit, with Deacon Frey and Vince Gill, each show will feature the iconic Hotel California album performed in its entirety from start to finish. A short intermission is followed by a setlist filled with Eagles’ greatest hits. Plus, the band will accompanied by an orchestra and choir.

Since the “Hotel California” tour begin in Las Vegas in 2019 to rave reviews, the Eagles have played more than 30 sold-out shows in 15 major U.S. arenas, including five nights at Madison Square Garden in New York City, four nights at American Airlines Arena in Dallas, and three at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. 

The new gigs kick off Mar 17 in Cleveland at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and conclude May 25 in Salt Lake City at Vivint Arena. Presales begin Jan. 13 at 10 a.m. local time, with the general onsale on Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. Previously announced shows begin Feb. 19 in Savannah, Ga.

Eagles landed at No. 4 on Pollstar’s 2021 Year End Top 100 Worldwide Tours chart with a gross of $59.2 million. And even with the pandemic shutting down touring in 2020, Eagles came in at No. 7 on that year’s Worldwide Tours chart with $33.6 million grossed on 10 shows in four cities.

Hotel California – which earned two Grammy Awards for the title track “New Kid in Town” and “Hotel California” – is the third best-selling U.S. album in history and certified 26-times Platinum by the RIAA.
