Tickets go on sale Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. PST. Early owl pricing will be available on the initial onsale day only, with three-day passes starting at $319 for GA, $499 for GA+ and $779 for VIP.
“EDC is a festival we prepare for all year round, and even though we got great feedback about the move to May, our new shuttle partner, and our first ever camping experience, we aspire to improve each and every year,” Insomniac Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella said in a statement. “Next year we’ll be bringing lots of exciting improvements to Camp EDC, redesigning some of our most popular stages, creating an all-new Downtown EDC, and adding a new ticket tier that we hope will give attendees a new way to experience the festival.”
Next year’s edition of EDC will include the Camp EDC camping program, 200 musical acts, a Downtown EDC experience, new art installations and new stage designs.
The 2018 Sin City shindig ran May 18-20 and featured Zedd, Diplo, Kaskade, Hardwell, Kygo, Marshmello, Tiesto, Zeds Dead, Illenium, Claude Von Stroke, Armin Van Buuren, Cheat Codes, Dj Mustard, Boys Noize, and many more.
EDC Las Vegas has been at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway since 2011 and over time the brand has extended to Mexico, Brazil, India, Japan, China, Puerto Rico, the U.K., and China.
Insomniac, born in Southern California, became a major force in EDM events and now promotes a plethora of festivals like Beyond Wonderland and Audiotistic, and the company is involved with smaller projects, having teamed up with Exchange LA earlier this year to throw its weight behind a Hollywood club.
The company’s exit from Southern California came amid much controversy, but the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission’s legal battle with Insomniac and its founder appeared to draw to a close late last year when the parties reportedly settled the matter. Felony charges against Rotella were dropped the previous year.
