Eps Launches Canada Division

The range of live event infrastructure support eps Canada provides includes drivable plastic systems, pedestrian pathways, pitch coverings, heavy-duty roadways, security fencing, stage barricades, crowd control solutions and CAD services.

Eps managing director Okan Tombulca explained the drive behind eps Canada: “We’ve been working in the Canadian market for many years. After numerous requests from our clients to work there directly, we wanted to fulfil their wish.”

Based in Toronto, Ontario, the new division is managed by Joe Novak.

A Toronto native, Novak joins eps with more than 30 years of experience in the sports and live entertainment industry. Most recently he worked as senior director event production & show services for Rogers Centre/Toronto Blue Jays and as the founder of Act IV Productions Inc.

Novak has been collaborating with eps for many years. He said he was “very excited” about the opportunity to serve the Canadian market. 

“Having a local presence will enable eps to expertly service all promoters, venues, festivals and special events across Canada,” he commented.

Tombulca said, “I am very delighted to welcome Joe Novak to the eps family. He has always been passionate about the live entertainment industry and has great knowledge and experience. Joe is the perfect addition to our international eps team.”

Including eps Canada, the German event infrastructure powerhouse increases its network to ten subsidiaries worldwide. 

The others operate in Denmark, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Great Britain, Australia, the USA and Brazil.
