Eric Clapton brings the fifth installment of his Crossroads Guitar Festival to American Airlines Center in Dallas on Sept. 20-21, and this year it comes with a twist for fans unable to get to the Big D — it’s being simulcast to venues from bars to performing arts centers across North America.

Thanks to a partnership with Joe Hand Promotions in association with RRE, LLC, the simulcast will air live with performances available at 8 p.m. CT Friday Sept. 20, and 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21. There’s still time for venue owners, promoters and bar owners and operators to arrange to carry the simulcast by calling Joe Hand Promotions at 1-800–557-4263 or visiting JoeHandPromotions.com.

Participating locations will be included on Joe Hand Promotions’ Bar Finder search on the company’s website. To find a participating bar or restaurant showing Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival, visit the company’s website here.

The festival promises two nights of “performances and impromptu collaborations from the world’s most legendary guitar players” with a different line up each night that includes Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Jeff Beck, Joe Walsh, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Peter Frampton, Robert Cray, Vince Gill, and the Tedeschi Trucks Band, among others. Both nights are expected to be at least four-hour performances.

As always, all profits from the festival will benefit The Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a treatment and education facility founded by Clapton for chemically dependent persons.

“The highly-anticipated Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival brings together many of the world’s top musicians for two fantastic nights of live music,” said Joe Hand, Jr., President, Joe Hand Promotions. “Music fans from across North America can experience the sights and sounds of the Crossroads Festival with their friends and other music fans at their favorite dining establishment or live music venue. We’re excited to work with RRE in bringing the live simulcast to millions of music fans across the country.”

The Crossroads Guitar Festival features two different nights of live music with Clapton performing on both nights with special guests on different nights. The line-up of confirmed guests includes: John Mayer, Alan Darby, Albert Lee, Andy Fairweather Low, Billy Gibbons, Bonnie Raitt, Bradley Walker, Buddy Guy Band, Daniel Santiago, Doyle Bramhall II, Gary Clark Jr., Gustavo Santaolalla, James Bay, Jeff Beck, Jerry Douglas, Jimmie Vaughan, Joe Walsh, Jonny Lang, Keb Mo, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Los Lobos, Pedro Martins, Peter Frampton, Robert Cray, Robert Randolph, Sheryl Crow, Sonny Landreth, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Tom Misch, and Vince Gill.

Joe Hand Productions is a major provider of content to establishment, having brought more than 25,000 simulcast events to bars and restaurants, helping boost food and beverage sales, and overall revenues. And it’s not the first time the company has brought such a major event to the masses: it also brought the Grateful Dead’s three-show Fare Thee Well event from Chicago to live music venues in 2015.
