Digital experience platform NoCap and Goldenvoice have formed a strategic partnership that makes the company founded by Cisco Adler and musician Donavon Frankenreiter the preferred streaming partner across the concert promoter’s portfolio.

Spearheaded by Goldenvoice President and Coachella founder Paul Tollett, the deal will develop an innovative streaming strategy to complement Goldenvoice’s existing live business.

It also utilizes NoCap’s robust capabilities to bring live events to, as well as connect, global audiences.

“We’ve been impressed with the work that NoCap has been doing on their own, and we’d like to help amplify what they have built with our team,” Tollett said in a statement.

“Goldenvoice is a brand synonymous with bringing audiences incredible live music experiences,” Adler says of the partnership. “We are thrilled to work with Paul and this stellar team to help expand on that and deliver world class online experiences to audiences around the world!”

NoCap has worked with globally celebrated artists including Foo Fighters, Travis Barker, Jimmy Buffett, Machine Gun Kelly, Todd Rundgren, Adam Lambert, G-Eazy, Wallows, Weezer, Kehlani, Bad Religion among many others with new projects in the works for their partnership with Goldenvoice.

The deal comes just months after NoCap appointed entertainment industry vet Brandon Frankel as head of partnerships and just more than a year since the company was launched with a series of livestreamed shows from Southern California venues including the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood and Belly Up Tavern in Solano Beach.
