Guns N’ Roses Extends Tour

Looks like Guns N’ Roses has an appetite for more concerts. Citing “overwhelming demand,” the hard rock band just added a bunch of gigs to its North American schedule.

After spending the first half of 2017 playing gigs across the globe, including Australia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom, Axl Rose and the guys kicked off its North American tour on Thursday night at New York’s Apollo Theatre.

Previously announced shows are booked through late November.

Guns N’ Roses visits Changi Exhibition Centre in Singapore Feb. 25.

The additions includes a third show at Madison Square Garden in New York Oct. 16 and a second night at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Nov. 29.

The other new dates are booked at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., Oct. 12; Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., Oct. 19; XL Center in Hartford, Conn., Oct. 23; Air Canada Centre in Toronto Oct. 30; KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Ky., Nov. 3; BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee Nov. 7; Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., Nov. 13; Golden 1 Center in Sacramento Nov. 18; and Valley View Casino Center in San Diego Nov. 28.

A presale is happening now for Nighttrain members. Tickets go on to the public July 28.

The tour features the reunion of frontman Axl, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan, along with keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus, drummer Frank Ferrer, and keyboardist Melissa Reese.
