Los Angeles-based talent agency 33 & West has announced the hiring of veteran music agent Ian Fintak, who represents artists including Devo, The Original Wailers, Rickie Lee Jones, The Locust, The Sugarhill Gang With Grandmaster Melle Mel & Scorpio, Tribal Seeds and others.
“I couldn’t be more excited about joining 33 and West,” said Fintak, who has spent time at The Agency Group as well as ICM. “I think the company is a fantastic, competitive full-service talent agency with a strong foundation, and a ‘we, not me’ philosophy embedded at their core. Looking forward to rolling my sleeves up, getting to work and contributing to the team.”
The announcement notes that Fintak, along with representing his own clients domestically and abroad, will also help take the existing 33 & West client roster overseas.

The agency launched in June of 2018 (while opening their new office in November 2018) with veteran agents Matt Pike, JJ Cassiere and Dan Rozenblum with clients including Dance Gavin Dance, DMX, Insane Clown Posse, Converge, and Dead Kennedys.
