Inertia Management Launches With Dallas Rapper 10k.Caash

Artist management company Inertia Management has officially launched, with its first client being Dallas rapper 10k.Caash, who has racked up millions of Spotify streams and shared the stage with artists including A$AP Rocky, Lil Yachty, Young Thug and others.

“It’s an absolute pleasure to be bringing such a young prodigy like 10k.Caash home to our roster,” says Inertia Management co-founder Cameron Almasi. “His vision, work ethic, and integrity is unmatched to any artist we’ve worked with. We are absolutely excited and thankful for him and the Def Jam Records family for welcoming us as his managers. Get ready, Planet Swajjur is coming soon!”
AVI Entertainment founder Almasi, 24, was instrumental in putting together the Family Business festival, topped by Young Thug, a sold-out one-day event at the Bomb Factory Aug. 31.
Joining Almasi in the Inertia venture is Shamar Willis, founder of Texas urban promoter Legna Presents, who in 2015 began developing rapper Young Dolph, taking the artist from the clubs to the 4,000-capacity hard ticket venue space. Willis has also been involved in the careers of Dababy, NBA Youngboy, Lil Baby, Russ, Tory Lanez, XXXtentacion, Roddy Ricch, Ski Mask The Slump God, and City Girls, according to the announcement.
“I had the pleasure of meeting Shamar during the Family Business campaign,” Almasi says. “His events gained my team’s attention and through the opportunity of connecting with one another, we immediately saw great synergy. Shamar was a valuable asset in assisting the AVI team with regional insights and knowledge for Family Business 2019, which assisted us in bringing a sold-out success.”
Prior to launching AVI, Almasi was marketing director for California Bay Area electronic music promoter Vital Events.
10k.Caash plans to follow up his 2019 mixtape with Planet Swajjur via Def Jam Records, and will perform at Rolling Loud Los Angeles in December.
