Several promoters are complaining through their lawyers that Kodak Black has missed a number of performances because of his legal problems.

Corey Minniefield claims he cut a check for a performance, only for Black to be arrested later on the same day and to remain incarcerated, forcing him to miss the show. He is suing Black for $45,000, according to TMZ.

Nicholas Fitts also seeks $123,000 according to the site, as he claims Black was unable to perform at their originally scheduled show because he was locked up.

Kodak Black was arrested Jan. 18 and faces charges for grand theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm, marijuana possession and child neglect. This was the latest incident for the rapper who, prior to the latest incident, had most recently been arrested for a probation violation.

Reps for Kodak Black couldn’t be reached for comment at press time.
