Live and Bush have added fall dates to their “ALT-IMATE” tour, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of their respective 1994 albums, Throwing Copper and Sixteen Stone.

Produced by Live Nation, the tour, which has hit arenas and outdoor amphitheaters across the country, now includes gigs in San Diego, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle and Phoenix this October.

“So thrilled that the ALT-IMATE Tour is extending into October! From the first concert with Bush and Our Lady Peace, we knew that this show was something special,” said frontman Ed Kowalczyk in a statement. “The fans have been so supportive and are obviously sharing our excitement! See you on the road!”

Upon the tour’s initial March announcement, Kowalcyzk said, “It’s an amazing feeling to know that these songs still resonate so profoundly with people.” At the time, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale added, “Sixteen Stone propelled us onto the musical landscape. Those songs have found a way into the soundtrack of people’s lives and that is the highest compliment available. We’ve continued to make music that resonates with people.”

Last year, Live provided support on Counting Crows’ summer tour, which grossed $7.5 million and ranked No. 148 on Pollstar‘s Year End Top 200 North American Tours chart. Bush, meanwhile, teamed with Stone Temple Pilots and The Cult for a co-headlining tour in 2018 that grossed $5 million and ranked No. 196 on the same chart.

The “ALT-IMATE” tour is currently playing California venues, with dates in Los Angeles, Concord, Tuolumne and Costa Mesa on tap for this week. Later this month, the tour will hit East Coast cities including Miami, Atlanta, Baltimore and Pittsburgh.
