Live Events Management Software Prism Adds Agent Features

Prism.FM, the Austin-based software company that provides tools to book and manage live music events, has unveiled new features for agents and agencies to go along with its venue and promoter features.

Prism Agency software helps agents consolidate and streamline their workflows with complete visibility into events, artists, and finances in a single place, according to the announcement. Agents can build their rosters in seconds, access real-time reporting to keep track of the health of their business, and will soon be able to seamlessly collaborate with talent buyers on the platform; allowing talent buyers to execute contracts, and receiving payments for their artists.
Prism has partnered with several Agencies to help expand on its initial agency features launch.
“Prism.FM has been a venue software industry leader for years,” says Jason Kupperman, Founder/Agent Goldengate Talent Agency. “A genuine trust and friendship has formed between Goldengate Talent Agency and Prism.FM through shared core values and we are excited to help guide the natural transition of this elite software to agencies.”
“We all come from the live music industry and know what challenges agents, promoters, venues and talent buyers face, especially in light of the pandemic,” says Matt Ford, chief executive officer at Prism. “We built Prism because there was no real solution on the market to help talent buyers and venues run their businesses more efficiently so they can spend less time on busywork. Our new management software for agencies removes even more friction from the show process, with features specifically designed to enhance productivity for Agents and Talent Buyers.”
Prism features integrations with GSuite, Eventbrite, See Tickets, Zapier, Etix, and Prekindle, and more promised this year.
