Rob Thomas performs in concert with Matchbox Twenty at HEB Center on September 29, 2017 in Cedar Park, Texas.

The routing is here for Matchbox 20’s rescheduled summer tour, which will now take place July through October 2021.

The band had revealed in May that it was delaying its 2020 tour because of COVID-19 with a statement posted on Twitter May 20: “We were really looking forward to seeing everyone this summer but we must put your safety first. Sadly we will be rescheduling all tour dates until next year. We’ll be announcing 2021 dates as soon as possible. Please stay safe and healthy & we look forward to seeing you in 2021.”
The tour, which would have launched next month, will kick off July 16, 2021, at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new shows. Ticketholders will be sent an email with information about requesting a refund if they can’t make the new dates.
Today’s announcement points out that the previously announced Las Vegas show at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort has been canceled and refunds will be made at point of purchase.
Check out the new routing below, with more dates to be announced.
