MLB, Red Light Management Back Satisfi Labs Knowledge Management Platform

AI-powered knowledge management platform Satisfi Labs has completed a new round of funding led by Major League Baseball and Red Light Management taking total funding to $6 million, helping the company develop relationships in sports, entertainment and tourism. 
Satisfi Labs’ vision is to unlock information for fans and customers not accessible elsewhere. For live music events, for example, the platform can help fans find the nearest water station or which bathroom line is the shortest, with geo-location services and transactional capabilities. Other live applications include customer service and live help, ticket & merch sales/inventory,  concessions and traffic management. 
“Satisfi Labs’ AI platform has enabled the music and entertainment industry to provide unprecedented customer service to our guests that was previously impossible to provide,” Jason Weinstock, Red Light Management executive vice president, said in a statement. “Its platform teaches us critical information about our fans, while accurately answering their questions in real time. This data allows us to cater to all our fans needs including enabling ticketing and selling of merchandise, food and beverage in an easy and user friendly way across venues, festivals and events worldwide.”   Red Light, led by Coran Capshaw, is known for managing careers of major artists such as Dave Matthews Band, Lady Antebellum and dozens more. 
Partnering with MLB since 2016, Satisfi Labs’ expanded partnership with and investment from the league includes more than 20 MLB clubs, and venues including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Barclays Center, MetLife Stadium, Amalie Arena, SunTrust Park, U.S. Bank Stadium, Citi Field and others.

Satisfi Labs has partnerships with sports teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS and Minor League Baseball as well. The company plans to use the investment to expand development in the retail and enterprise spaces, including  partnerships with conversational commerce service.
