Music agent Brandon Zmigrocki has joined Dynamic Talent agency, bringing clients including Anti-Flag, The Chats, Thick, Warish, Alt Bloom, and Claude Fontaine. He was most recently with ICM Partners.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Trevor and the rest of the team at Dynamic,” Zmigrocki tells Pollstar, mentioning Dynamic CEO Trevor Swenson, whose agency is based in Sacramento, Calif.
“They have a truly entrepreneurial spirit and approach to agenting and servicing in a sophisticated and organized manner. Every agent wants their clients to flourish and I’m very encouraged to be in an environment among a group of colleagues with like minded sensibilities and such vigor.”
Upon being let go at ICM Partners during what has been an unprecedented period of turmoil for talent agencies, Zmigrocki said he doubled down on his passion as a music agent.
“It was an opportunity to re-sign my artists all over again and let them know that, despite what I was going through, the passion, dedication and the volume of hard work I was willing to continue to do was as much there as it always was,” he says. “In a sense, you’re redefining yourself under a different set of circumstances, and you don’t have a building and a company name behind you. What people see and view is 100% what you project as an agent.”
Sacramento-based Dynamic Talent re-branded from the name Artery Global in February of 2020, with Swenson telling Pollstar the company “needed a name that truly encompassed what our agency has organically grown to become.”
Swenson in 2020 teamed with Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman for the “ADAPT” online conference, a one-day virtual event  featuring people with first-hand success stories during the pandemic era — and teaching viewers how to do it too.  The Oct. 22 event featured Veeps’ Joel Madden, Vincenzo Giammanco (CBF Productions), Eric Tobin and other pandemic-era movers and shakers, with Swenson saying the event was a success for organizers as well as participants.
