The stage is going to encompass 1,100 square meters. Construction is to start just one week prior to the concert, on Sept. 1, as to not disrupt the recreational use of Hamburg’s city park.

Seventy five specialists are traveling to Hamburg from the U.S. Together with more than 300 local technicians and stagehands, they’ll try to make it happen.

Promoters expect up to 80,000 fans.

To protect the grass, up to 30,000 square meters of Remopla plates are going to be laid out, plus around 15,000 square meters of heavy load plates for the main paths as well as the stage and backstage areas.

Around 10,000 meters of fence are to surround the area, plus another 1,000 meters of grids and barriers.

The space in front of the stage will contain 4,500 seats, the steel stands will carry another 26,000 seating shells. FKP, which promotes the three Rolling Stones gigs in Germany in cooperation with DEAG, says the culinary offering is going to match the production in terms of enormity.

The other two Germany shows are Sept. 12 in Munich’s  and Oct. 9 in Düsseldorf’s .
