The music team at Range Media Partners continues to swell. The management company, founded in September 2020, announced the addition of three new executive hires – Cameron Lutz (SVP of Strategic Marketing and Content Innovation), Leah Bublis (VP of Sync and Soundtrack) and Tania Cruz (Project Manager) – on Thursday.

Lutz joins Range Media after spending the last 5 years at Facebook and Instagram, where he was a strategic partner and manager and led partnerships with artists, festivals and other music moments. His work orchestrating partnerships with the likes of Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Luke Combs and Midland recently landed him a spot on Billboard’s 2020 Country Music Power Players list.

“I’ve known Cameron for many years and have consistently been blown away by his natural ability to communicate with talent, his affinity for innovation in media and his cutting edge ability to create greater connections between artists and their audiences,” said Matt Graham, Range co-founder and managing partner, in a statement.

Bublis most recently worked on the in-house music supervision team at ViacomCBS, following stints as Roc Nation’s first-ever sync employee and with Artist Partner Group / Artist Publishing Group.

“Leah will serve as a vital bridge between our filmmakers and our music talent,” said Rich Cook, Range co-founder and managing partner, in a statement. “Her years of experience expertly placing songs within film and TV will not only benefit our storytellers, but will also create opportunities for our musicians rarely made available by a management company.”

Cruz, meanwhile, has logged time at CAA, Dick Clark, UMPG and, most recently, Roc Nation, and has experiencing building digital marketing campaigns and creating brand awareness strategies for independent musicians.

“Tania’s comprehension of what it takes to work on the management teams of globally recognized music talent in this ever-changing industry exceeds that of any young executive I have worked with in my career,” said Range Music managing partner Melissa Ruderman, who worked with Cruz at Roc Nation, in a statement.

The additions of Lutz, Bublis and Cruz follows other recent Range Media hires such as Ruderman, Michele Harrison and Evan Winiker. The company’s music team also includes Alec Mitchell, Alicia Mathews, Charles “CJ” James Cook, Gregory Johnson, Isaac Zepeda, Jack Minihan, Jordan Dettmer, Kai Gayoso, Matt Graham, Miriam Peacock, Ollie Ayling, Phoebe Wang, Stephanie Marks, Tyler Henry, Valentine Banor and Zack Phillips.
