Rolling Loud’s debut “Loud Stream” festival streamed online via Twitch drew more than 4.7 million total live views over the weekend, with headliners Swae Lee and Ski Mask The Slump God leading the live musical content, which all took place from an undisclosed location in Florida.

Hosted by Druski, Jenesis Sanchez, DJ Scheme, and DJ Five Venoms, the stream presented live performances, commentary, interviews, and DJ sets over a 12-hour period, topping out at 60,000 concurrent viewers at one time
The “Loud Stream” online festival also featured energetic sets from XXL Freshmen Polo G, NLE Choppa, and Lil Keed, leading ladies like Kaash Paige and Tay Money,  and more, along with in between content including with artist interviews, commentary from colorful Rolling Loud co-founders Matt Zingler & Tariq Cherif, and an active livestream chat with more than 25,000 unique chatters.
The festival also welcomed a virtual crowd, according to organizers, Zooming in a wall of fans directly from their living rooms, which artists could interact with.
“Loud Stream” is the first of three virtual festivals Rolling Loud has announced, after just announcing the Twitch partnership Aug. 31. Dates for the next two are forthcoming.
Rolling Loud’s partnership with Twitch also includes daily live hip hop-driven programming, with original live shows like “The Rotation” and “Loud Gaming.”

who during his set told fans to be mindful of their mental health, and invited his mom on stage.
During “Loud Stream,” festival co-founder Tariq Cherif teased upcoming guests for this week’s slate, including Jaden Smith, Swae Lee, and Pouya.
Rolling Loud co-founder Zingler was named to this year’s Pollstar Impact 50 list of the most impactful executives in the concert industry.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Rolling Loud seems as culturally and financially relevant as ever.
“COVID has impacted my foresight; you can never predict what’s going to happen,” Zingler said for the July feature. “Instead of ticket sales and talent booking being the main focus, the new focus will be on safety,” he says.
“City officials stating what is allowable will determine how we operate as a company. We’re not health specialists so we have to lean on officials to tell us how to operate to keep everyone safe.”
Rolling Loud’s flagship Miami event is still on for February 2021, although details are unclear. Meanwhile, its first European event, in Portugal for July 2021, recently expanded to five days and added Cardi B and Stormzy to its already-stacked lineup.
