Joining The Two Man Gentleman Band on several dates is fellow roots/swing quartet Christabel and the Jons.

Heavy Petting, due February 12 from Serious Business Records, is the band’s third release.

The disc features the duo’s high-energy, hot-jazz, vaudeville swing take on sly, cheeky tunes like “When Your Lips Are Playing My Kazoo,” “William Howard Taft,” “On The Badminton Court,” “Dippin’ Sauce” and the title track, a joyous ode to the delights of some old-fashioned fooling around.
