An unnamed source connected to the tour told Pollstar that keyboard player Igor Khoroshev exited the stage for a brief break and proceeded to sit on the lap of a female security guard, hug her, try to kiss her and then he bit her on the neck.

Khoroshev returned to the stage to finish the show and when it was over, he sexually abused another female security guard in a similar way, the source said.

The police were called and the musician was arrested in his dressing room for sexual battery and hauled to jail.

He was arraigned at about 3 a.m. and posted $1,000 bail out of his own pocket, according to the source.

The band responded to the debacle, stating, “As the matter is currently under investigation, the members of Yes cannot comment on the allegations against side musician Igor Khoroshev. The members of Yes wish to stress that they do not tolerate violence against women.”

Apparently, Khoroshev had gotten himself into trouble earlier in the day, as well. The management of The Four Seasons hotel in D.C. had threatened to throw him out for being verbally abusive, loud and rowdy, the source said.
