This is a good day to be Nevaeh Jolie. The Artistry/Def Jam recording artist just released new remixes of her single “Screwed Up” – and she has signed with UTA for worldwide representation in all areas.
Joliem who grew up in Florida and then moved to New Jersey at age 10, is managed by Max Gousse for Artistry Group and Artistry Collective.
The singer/songwriter’s sound combines futuristic R&B and hip-hop, with inspiration from artists such as Aaliyah, Gwen Stefani, Frank Ocean and Pink.
Her latest single “Screwed Up,” which was released in September, features Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. The song has already racked up nearly 700,000 views on YouTube and over 230,000 streams on Spotify. The remixes were dropped to go along with the Dec. 18 release of the Hidden Empire/ Lionsgate film “Fatale”
Earlier this year she released the single “Too Much,” which samples Luther Vandross’s hit “Never Too Much.” Jolie’s other singles include “OTB (Old Thing Back)” and “Tryin’,” which first caught the attention of Artistry Records CEO Max Gousse with a performance on Instagram.
