Pollstar met Mojo Concerts vice head promoter, Kim Bloem, at Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to talk about her story.

Bloem started out as an intern with Mojo in 2001. She now books most of the pop program at the North Sea Jazz Festival, which has developed in one of the world’s most beloved jazz festivals and one of the largest indoor festivals period. 
It started in 1976 and has since inspired offshoots in Cape Town and Curacao. Today Bloem works with acts such as Ziggo Dome, Beyoncé, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake and other big names in the Netherlands.

She also promoted Prince and Stevie Wonder in the past. Bloem opened up about her beginnings and development in the live business, ticket prices, life in general and, of course, Ziggo Dome rants.
