Paradigm Promotes 4 To Agent, Including Chenfeld And Miller In Music Dept.

Paradigm has announced promotions in its New York and Los Angeles offices, upping four to agent. The Feb. 25 news sees Len Chenfeld and Brittany Miller promoted to music agent, while Ryan Theobalt receives the title of talent agent and Melisa Baloglu is elevated to motion picture literary agent. 

Chenfeld has been with Paradigm since 2018 and his roster includes Joe Kay, KennyHoopla, Rebūke, Ritt Momney, Soulection, TOKiMONSTA, Y2K, and Yung Bae. He joined the company as a coordinator in the Music division, working with agents Lee Anderson, Cody Chapman and Callender on behalf of clients Zedd, Skrillex, Oliver Tree and Whethan. Chenfeld launched his career at APA and then opened his own agency, Modern Sound Entertainment. 
Miller joined Paradigm in 2014 and worked as an assistant and later coordinator to agent Alan Gary with clients including 4B, Audien, Bingo Players, Madeon, Porter Robinson, and SAYMYNAME. She started her career in the legal department of the Ultra Music Festival in Miami and came to Paradigm via AM Only, which merged with Paradigm in 2017.

Theobalt most recently served as talent coordinator at Paradigm under managing partner Scott Metzger. He came onboard at the company in 2014 assisting broadcasting agent Jim Griffin, then moved to the talent department in 2015, training under agents Jamie Hughes, John Domingos, Ellen Gilbert, and Rachel Altman. His roster include Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Never Have I Ever), Elliot Fletcher (Shameless, The Fosters), Chelsea Frei (The Moodys, The Last O.G.), Sophie Giannamore (The L Word: Generation Q, Transparent), Alexa Mansour (The Walking Dead: World Beyond), Nadia Alexander (Seven Seconds, The Sinner, Blame), Glo Tavarez (Rita) and Elizabeth Cappuccino (Next, Jessica Jones).
Chenfeld, Miller and Theobalt are based in New York.

LA-based Baloglu joined Paradigm in 2018 as the motion picture literary department coordinator after starting her career by working in film and TV development for producers including Meryl Poster and Scott Rudin. Her clients include journalist Jill Gutowitz (Quibi’s The Gayme Show), filmmaker Sontenish Myers (Black List’s Stampede), author & Instagrammer Lauren Garroni (We Should All Be Mirandas), Cat Grieve (Big Cat Productions’ Bear County), and writer Halia Meguid (KWAIDAN for Universal Content Productions).

Paradigm also announced that LA-based content department agent Natalia Williams will now work across both content and motion picture literary departments.

Earlier this month Paradigm announced it had expanded its U.K. presence by making a strategic investment in London-based sync and sound branding agency Pitch & Sync, adding in-house sync capabilities to the company’s brand partnerships division.
Paradigm won the award for Booking Agency of the Year at the Pollstar Awards Feb. 6. The agency’s Marty Diamond, Head of Global Music at Paradigm, took home the Bobby Brooks Award – Agent of the Year, while Sara Bollwinkel (whose clients include Billie Eilish, Public Enemy and The Original Wailers) won the Rising Star Award.
